K.V.Venkitaraman & Co. is a registered partnership firm of Chartered Accountants constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. The Firm is also registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi and governed by the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The conduct of the Firm and the Partners are also regulated by the rules and regulations laid down by the ICAI, the regulatory body for Chartered Accountants in India.
The Firm also employs Chartered Accountants who are governed by the relevant laws and rules framed by ICAI. They work closely with the Partners at the firm and under the direction of the Partner concerned at the Firm.
All the professionals, articles and others staffs, maintain the highest levels of ethics and professional conduct as expected under rules and regulations laid down under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 by ICAI.
