Our firm has a humble beginning. It was founded in 1980 by CA K.V.Venkitaraman with only a single table and typewriter. He had excellent academic track records and worked hard to form the foundation of the firm.

K.V.Venkitaraman is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (FCA) with 40 years of experience in audit and attestation, personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory, direct and indirect tax litigation, FEMA and Corporate law, project preparation and consultation.
K.V.Venkitaraman completed his graduation in commerce from Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad and commenced articleship with M/s. P.Rangaswamy & Co., Bangalore. He also underwent industrial training with Ashok Leyland Ltd, Chennai. He has strong academic track record and secured rank in CA final examination. He is has Diploma in Information Systems Auditor of ICAI and is also Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) of ISACA, USA.
He is the consultant to leading public and private sector companies for their direct & indirect tax matters and regularly appears before various forums such as Commissioner (Appeals), ITAT, CESTAT and so on.
He is a faculty for professional bodies like ICAI, ICSI, CMA Institutes, universities and management institutes, trade associations and presents papers on accounting, direct and indirect tax and audit.

Padmanathan.K.V is a qualified Chartered Accountant based at Palakkad. He is a partner at K.V.Venkitaraman and Co. since 2018.
He has strong academic track records. He completed Bachelor of Commerce in 2016 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. His areas of focus includes income tax and GST advisory, audit and litigation. He has represented before various authorities including Income Tax and State/Central Tax Officers, Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunals and Authority for Advance Ruling, GST.
He is a faculty at ICAI and has presented papers on GST and Income Tax in study circle meetings, seminars and other discussions of ICAI, ICMAI and various trade bodies. He is also a faculty for corporate and management accounting, direct tax and indirect tax at Palakkad Chapters of ICMAI and ICSI.
He is also an active member of professional organisations such Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai. He has written numerous articles on Income Tax and GST, some of which are also published in reputed tax journals such as R.K.Jain’s GST Law Times and www.taxmanagementindia.com.
